About The Position
We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a truss manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with assembling wood trusses, reading production specifications, operating hand and power tools, and moving materials throughout the production area. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and productivity.
Requirements
- Manufacturing, construction, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Assemble and build wood trusses according to specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Measure, cut, and position materials as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed
