About The Position

This role involves performing daily inspections of the work area for safety hazards, conducting operator actions at a training level under the guidance of a mentor, and executing various general labor duties as assigned. The position also requires maintaining housekeeping in the workstation and surrounding area.

Requirements

• Dependability to be consistently at work and on time, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include all shifts
• Basic reading and math skills, including knowledge of fractions and decimals
• Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers
• Fundamental listening, verbal, written communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines throughout production processes
• A “team member” mentality with quality assurance mindset
• Repetitive standing, bending capability; near/far vision, manual dexterity, multiple limb coordination with moderate lifting capability (up to 65lbs).

Responsibilities
