About The Position

Immediate full-time openings for night shift manufacturing positions at Kawneer in Springdale, AR! Kawneer is a large manufacturing company that supplies windows and aluminum nationwide. These positions include working around or operating mobile equipment, overhead cranes, or other large equipment. The work environment includes varying temperatures, personal protective equipment, and overtime requirements. Most positions include a high amount of repetitive lifting. Full-time openings
Night shift schedules
12-hour shifts
Continuous operations (ConOps) schedule w/ rotation shifts
Con-Ops work schedule alternates between 4 days (48 hours/week) and 3 days (36 hours/week)
Employees that work the weekend before the scheduled 36 hours on short weeks receive 4 gift hours to achieve 40 hours.
