About The Position

The Production Worker – Sub-Assembly pulls materials using provided picklists and identifies inventory descriptions, locations, and quantities. The worker assembles items according to prints and documented work instructions, including specified sequences and product requirements. Assembly involves hand and pneumatic tools. The role also includes inspecting parts, meeting standardized production times, delivering assembled parts, documenting counts, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend work orders, work instructions, manuals, and other written correspondence.
• Experience with basic air and hand tools, such as saws, hammers, and drills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous assembly experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Convert parts to finished product.
• Inspect parts before and after assembly for defects, surface flaws, or imperfections.
• Meet standardized production times for the product being produced.
• Deliver assembled parts to designated areas.
• Document accurate counts on completed items throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols and practices.
