About The Position

McKee Foods, America's favorite family bakery since 1934 and home of Little Debbie®, Drake’s® Cakes, and Sunbelt Bakery® Granola Bars, is seeking a Production Worker for their Collegedale, TN location. This role is vital to the high-speed production line, focusing on the efficient and precise packaging of snack cakes. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include: Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping
• Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartons
• Filling cases with cartons of snack cakes
• Arranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patterns
• Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Following production schedules and meeting production quotas
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area
