About The Position

Structural Component Systems, Inc. (SCS) of Fremont, NE, a 100% employee-owned company, is actively seeking full-time Production Workers to create high-quality products for our clients. These production positions work 10-hour shifts in a 4-day, Monday - Thursday workweek with overtime required on Fridays as needed (no weekends required). SCS designs and manufactures roof and floor trusses, wall panels, and engineered wood products. Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting 25-50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 105 lbs on an occasional basis
Reliable source of transportation
Willing to train - No experience necessary!
English not required.

Nice To Haves

Previous construction and/or component manufacturing experience a plus!
Experience using hand or power tools and measuring tape helpful.

Responsibilities

Produce quality products through the use of hand and power tools to assemble, package, and bundle.
Sawing, assembling, or packaging/bundling products safely and efficiently, following all necessary policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Follow Production Lead's directives to meet or exceed company goals.
Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
Contribute to the department's and company's success as a team player.
