- Ability to read a tape measure
- Using nail/screw power tools
- Ability to handle/lift materials required
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Must be safety minded
- A great work ethic
- An excellent attendance record

- Have a 'jump in and get it done' attitude

- Some basic construction background
- Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen
