About The Position

Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company. We are a leading provider of aftermarket parts, repairs, and solutions that safely & reliably extend the life of aircraft engines and gas turbines. We develop, manufacture and repair critical turbine components for a range of engine platforms. Our solutions support the engines running the aerospace, energy and defense industries around the world. We're looking for a Production Worker to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. At Chromalloy, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components used across the global aviation industry. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical background.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, gauges, or measuring equipment.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.

Responsibilities

  • Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
  • Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
  • Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.
  • Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
