Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A can do, will do attitude with a track record of reliability.
- The ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities
- Pack product into sleeves, bags, cartons, bins, pallets, etc., and load the machines as required.
- Inspect cans regularly to ensure quality standards are met; report any defects or material variances to quality assurance or supervisory staff.
- Monitor equipment during operation to identify issues or irregularities, and take prompt action to correct or report them to the shipping team or supervisor.
- Complete accurate logs, checklists, and production records as part of your daily work.
- Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, coworkers, and company property.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Fill in across tasks as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
