The Hartsville Converting Operations has an opening for a Production Worker. This position will be under the general direction of the Winding and/or Finishing Shift Supervisor.

Requirements

• Very good record in the areas of safety, work history, attendance and housekeeping
• Able to work o/t, weekends, and holidays
• History of labor intensive work experience

Nice To Haves

• Fork truck experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently assisting machine tenders or others with the physical requirements of the assigned operations
• Operating small hand-type or less complicated equipment
• Removing tubes from overhead dryer chain conveyor
• Loading tubes on trucks and labeling them properly
• Placing scrap on carts to be hauled away
• Inspection and packing tubes
• Other essential duties as assigned
