About The Position

Champion Home Builders is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team. Production Workers play a vital role in building quality homes by performing manufacturing and construction tasks in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. No previous manufactured housing experience is required. We provide training for individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow with our company.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous manufacturing, construction, or modular housing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assemble manufactured homes according to company standards and specifications.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Install building components such as flooring, walls, cabinets, doors, windows, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and other construction materials as assigned.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.
Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
