This role reports directly to the Shift Supervisor and is responsible for the safe operation of production equipment according to standard operating procedures. The Production Worker will assist in various manufacturing processes, aiming to meet plant goals and customer requirements, with safety being the highest priority.

Requirements

• Keep an orderly and clean work area.
• Work well with other employees and have good communication skills.
• Able to follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures.
• Aiding in various areas of the manufacturing process as directed.
• Striving to meet plant goals and customer requirements.
• Catching, bundling, and stacking partitions.
• Catching strips and feeding hoppers properly.
• Determining bad partitions and separating them from quality product.
