About The Position

A growing manufacturing company in Malvern, PA is seeking an experienced Production Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. The Production Worker will be trained to operate large industrial machinery, including a Pneumatic Sheer used to cut metal sheets for mold presses. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to safely handle heavy materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience required
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new equipment quickly
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy materials/equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor large industrial production machines and presses
• Train on and operate a Pneumatic Sheer to cut metal sheets to specification
• Assist with production processes and material handling
• Read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
