Prod. Swing Worker
About The Position
This is a temporary position for a Production Worker on the Swing Shift in West Valley. The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday from 3:25 pm to 11:55 pm, with an hourly pay of $13. The role requires previous experience in production/manufacturing, the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, and a proactive attitude. The responsibilities include operating machinery for mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging food products, inspecting products for quality control, following safety protocols, handling materials, setting up and maintaining equipment, packaging and labeling products, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to mix, fill, label, and package food products.
- Inspect products for defects, leaks, or inconsistencies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of chemicals.
- Prepare raw materials, measure ingredients, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
- Set up, clean, and maintain production equipment and tools.
- Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring correct labeling and presentation.
- Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
