Production Worker - Trim Carpenter
About The Position
Champion Home Builders in Burleson is seeking skilled Trim Carpenters to join their production team. This role involves installing and repairing molding and trim on various elements such as windows, doors, mantels, baseboards, cabinetry, and other custom projects. The ideal candidate will have previous trim carpentry experience, but training is available for individuals with related experience in cabinet making, finish carpentry, and baseboard installation. This is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to crouch, kneel, stand, carry, bend, and lift objects for extended periods.
Requirements
- Prior carpentry experience with finishing, cabinetry, baseboards, or framing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Install trim according to project specifications
