About The Position

This is a temporary position where the worker will operate a robotics system and perform daily maintenance on electrostatic spray guns and related equipment. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, verifying, and documenting paint parameter settings for all applications, and performing Robot Preventative Maintenance (PMs) such as changing spray guns and checking motors and air/fluid calibrations. The role requires the ability to work with a volt meter, paint applicators test stand, oscilloscope, solder equipment, and welder.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate and/or industrial experience.
Mechanical ability.
Reading various dimensional mythology instruments.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
Ability to work with volt meter, paint applicators test stand, oscilloscope, solder equipment and welder.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
Mark or tag identification on parts.
Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, cleaning work areas and equipment, and cleaning of doors and frame components.
Clean and lubricate equipment.
Record information such as the number of products inspected, and dates and times of product production.
Other assigned tasks at direction of Supervision.
