We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for “Production Worker- Sachet and Stick Pack Machine Operator” with the following requirements:

Requirements

  • Require 1 to 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry or similar industry.
  • Ability to lift upto 50 lb on regular basis and stand for long hours.
  • Demonstrate ability to speak and read English fluently.
  • Mechanically inclined for machinery maintenance.
  • Respect for authority and company policy.
  • Team player.
  • Demonstrate values for productivity and quality.
  • Safety conscious.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of encapsulating and GMP an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Read and follow the work order requirement prior to the production.
  • Set up, operation, cleaning of Stick Pack machine which include but not limited to handle sticker labelling machine within the standard time frame per SOP requirement.
  • Clean all areas and equipment to be used, verifying it is free of contamination
  • Verify that all necessary materials are correct, present, released and within the expiration period.
  • Verify all ingredients so they matched the batch record.
  • Open bags, boxes and other containers to be dispensed one at a time.
  • Use scales to measure raw materials required ASSURE and repackage to send to blending.
  • Use logbook to document products made, amount of raw materials use, equipment use, etc.
  • Assure that products leaving the department store are stored in the proper areas.
  • Perform proper machine start up check and complete all checkmarks in the work order (WO) before starting production.
  • Monitor the machine operation and perform in-process quality check, adjusting as necessary to ensure the quality standards are met.
  • Match the details of the labels with the work order and follow other instruction mentioned.
  • Perform trouble shooting during production and guide team to follow the same.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the company GMPs.
  • Follow all safety policies and ensure work environment is free of safety hazards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
