About The Position

Quaker Windows & Doors is hiring Production Workers / Manufacturing Associates to support our growing operations in Freeburg, Missouri. If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to learn, we'll train you. This role involves assembling vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors, operating manufacturing equipment, inspecting products for quality, and working as part of a team to meet production goals while following safety procedures in a clean, organized facility.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Willingness to learn new skills

• Manufacturing or factory experience is helpful-but not required

Responsibilities

• Assemble vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors
