About The Position

This role is responsible for operating pasteurization or dairy processing equipment. Candidates with a Pasteurizer's License require a minimum of 6-12 months of experience, while those without require a minimum of 12 months of experience in operating such equipment. The position demands physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation is essential, along with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to accurately follow recipes, measurements, and written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Ability to adapt to changing production priorities.
Minimum of 6-12 months of experience operating pasteurization or dairy processing equipment (if holding a Pasteurizer's License).
Minimum of 12 months of experience operating pasteurization or dairy processing equipment (if not holding a Pasteurizer's License).
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle production materials throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts.
Experience working in a food manufacturing or dairy processing environment is strongly preferred.
