About The Position

The Production Worker I performs basic production tasks, such as line monitoring, packaging, labeling, and minor machine operations. This entry-level position supports overall production efficiency while ensuring quality and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction).
Ability to work independently and with a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
0–3 months of production or warehouse experience.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Candidates for this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing, background checks, and other compliance requirements in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Quickly inspect finished product for cap/label placement and lot code legibility with accuracy (60 bottles per minute).
Remove and rework defective products as needed which may include removing caps/fitments/labels from bottles.
Pack finished product in box per specification, palletize box on pallet, and move pallet using manual pallet jack.
Insert cap/dropper/fitments on bottles, slide heat sleeves over bottles, place bottles in tubes/boxes, and hand place stickers on bottles/tubes.
Load bottles into automated equipment.
Operate benchtop capper, induction sealer, vacuum chamber, and heat tunnel.
Clean area throughout shift.
Perform weight and calibration checks.
Record production counts and report rejected items.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
