About The Position

Assemble printed circuit boards, loading through-hole components, mechanical assembly, and testing. Assemble electrical or electronic components or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment, etc.. as required by the customer. Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly. Follow all process steps and procedures to meet production goals. Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and/or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with others: including, but not limited to, professional communication, teamwork, problem-solving, mutual respect, openness to feedback, adaptability, reliability, and conflict resolution.
• Background in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to learn on the job.
• Reading, writing, and digital communication skills.
• Solid understanding of basic math.
• Must be able to sit or stand consistently for 8 hours.
• Do repetitive movements for up to 3 hours.
• Good hand eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to differentiate different colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
• Will lift up to 40 lbs.
