About The Position

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking to hire various positions to join their team in the Arkansas City, Kansas, region. This role involves working on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-paced and consistent manner. The position requires adherence to safety procedures and Champion's Operating Principles. Requirements

• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Must understand safety procedures.
• Must have good teamwork skills.
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles.
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blue prints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
