About The Position

This role involves ensuring the production area is ready for inspection, setting up production lines, and maintaining a continuous supply of pie filling. The candidate must adhere to all company rules and policies, including GMPs, and consult with the Production Supervisor before leaving at the end of the day. Other sanitation and production duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must report to work for every shift.

Responsibilities

• Pre-inspect production area for cleanliness, removing water and condensation from tables, machine guard panels, fan louvers and shrouds.
• Have area ready for USDA and QA inspection.
• Set up and install flour hoppers on Lines #1 and #2.
• Assist machine operators in setting up lines #1 and #2.
• Consult with Production Supervisor as to daily schedule and set up table and area for pouring pie filling by gathering filling buckets and stands and placing in proper place.
• Consult kitchen as to the availability of pie filling and keep the production line supplied with enough filling to keep lines running continuously throughout the day.
• Adhere to all company rules and policies, including policies on using timeclocks, taking breaks, and following GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Do Not Leave at the end of the day until consulting with Production Supervisor. If the Production Supervisor is not available, then find a Manager to consult with to release you from duty.
• Other sanitation and production duties may also be assigned as needed.
