About The Position

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking to hire a Production Worker to join their team within the Exteriors department of the Strattanville, Pa, manufacturing facility. This role involves working on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner. Requirements

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a strong work ethic.
Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
Must understand safety procedures.
Must have good teamwork skills.
Must live the Champion Operating Principles.
Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.

Responsibilities

Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
Specifically, roofing, sheeting, soffit, facia, siding, windows, and doors within the Exteriors Department.
Keeps the area neat and clean.
Read and use a tape measure.
Read blueprints and orders.
Communicate well with coworkers.
Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
