About The Position

SolutionAir Limited is seeking Production Workers and Helpers for their manufacturing facility in Winnipeg. This role involves day-to-day production of HVAC system components, specifically working with stainless steel and aluminum materials on an assembly line. The company is looking for individuals who are team-driven, capable of working in a fast-paced production environment, and committed to safety.

Requirements

• A team player attitude.
• A commitment to working safely.
• The ability to heavy lift as required and be in good physical condition.
• The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to perform shift work as required.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to read and interpret drawings, breakdowns and welding symbols would also be considered an asset.
