About The Position
This role is for a Warehouse Associate at Lansing, focusing on supporting the company's mission and values of respect, service, and excellence. The associate will be involved in customer interactions, order fulfillment, inventory management, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one with our customers
- Ability and willingness to lift boxes and building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business
- Strong, positive attitude

- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience with a forklift
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload customer and company trucks
- Utilize handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products through our Warehouse Management System (TWL)
- Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received
- Lift and move boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds
- Keep warehouse clean and orderly
