About The Position

The Production Utility position supports fabrication and production operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This entry-level role supports the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment while following standardized work procedures and supporting production goals related to safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

Ability to perform work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance, and teamwork orientation.
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
Ability to stand for extended periods during shift operations.

Responsibilities

Support and operate assigned production equipment in accordance with established work instructions and safety procedures.
Support fabrication processes including West Heim, East Heim, 808 Barb #1 and #2, Manual Heim, Old Tile Press, and Azimuth Press operations.
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods to maintain continuous production flow.
Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
Comply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and safety guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.
Support cross-training opportunities and operational flexibility within the department.
