This role is for a Production Utility position in the Moulding department at ARAUCO's Malvern facility. Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role – including lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and completing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem solve and identify safety hazards.
- Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment.
- Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.
- Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, often in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Handling, stacking, and grading of material up to 18ft in length and weighing up to 50lbs repetitively.
- Continuous wrapping and sub-bundling of material and stacking of millwork for shipment.
- General cleaning of work area and surroundings.
- Banding together units at the end of each production run.
- Monitor quality of product, equipment, and safety and working with supervisor as issues arise.
- Use a tape measure and miter saw to cut runners and side boards to the proper length for banding.
