Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and mobile applications)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with operational procedures and workflow processes
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems

Responsibilities

• Supporting multiple departments and balancing workflow demands
• Learning and performing core warehouse and production functions
• Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and process improvements
• Updating work instructions and improving operational procedures
• Assisting with order fulfillment and coordinating with delivery partners
• Performing quality checks to maintain product standards
• Supporting safety compliance, hazardous waste handling, and workplace standards
• Providing feedback and recommendations to operations leadership
• Championing efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement
