About The Position

As Plant Manager of our Neenah, WI location you will be responsible for directing, planning, and execution of the company's strategic plan relating to all manufacturing operations. Managing internal projects and communicating production metrics and service impacts to maintain schedules. Experience managing 80+ personnel working in multiple trade areas. The candidate we are looking for must be individually motivated and results driven, problem solving, and deep analytical and data management skills will contribute to the success of the operation. Requirements

  • Experience managing 80+ personnel working in multiple trade areas.
  • Individually motivated and results driven.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Deep analytical and data management skills.
  • Experience in ERP systems (LN, SAP, etc.).
  • A Bachelor's Degree from a college or university in a related field; or an Associate Degree from a two-year college; or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.

  • Negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Directing, planning, and execution of the company's strategic plan relating to all manufacturing operations.
  • Managing internal projects and communicating production metrics and service impacts to maintain schedules.
  • Implementing best practices through Lean Enterprise; 5S, TPM, SWI, PDCA, etc.
  • Ensuring that, as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality and responsiveness.
  • Working with Customer Service/Sales in production scheduling, estimating, work in process reporting and other manufacturing issues to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Defining and recommending objectives in each area of operations.
  • Developing specific short and long-term plans and programs, together with supporting budget requests and financial estimates.
  • Oversight of department safety policies and procedures in addition to continuous education of the most current applicable safety guidelines.
