About The Position

This is a Swing Shift position Monday - Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Test and troubleshoot microprocessor-based products to component level with general guidance. 2. Provide technical support to engineering and manufacturing. 3. Provide basic troubleshooting training to production floor personnel. 4. Develop and maintain knowledge of SEL products and processes to ensure product quality and integrity. 5. Implement department objectives under direction of immediate supervisor. 6. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. 7. Understand. Create. Simplify. 8. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Two-year degree in Industrial Electronic Technology or equivalent work experience Intermediate technical writing, documentation, and presentation skills Strong analytical and judgment skills Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) Preferred Qualifications 2 years experience in electronic design, manufacturing, or testing Working knowledge of structured programming Process improvement experience Location Information: Lewiston, ID- This position is located in Lewiston, ID where you'll enjoy an unmatched quality of life. Pay Range Data We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $40.50-$59.85 per hour. Requirements

  • Two-year degree in Industrial Electronic Technology or equivalent work experience
