About The Position

Supports the construction process by assisting with the assembly, fabrication, and installation of building components. This position works as part of a team to ensure homes are built safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and assembly of construction components and building materials.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and follow work orders, instructions, and production schedules.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility and job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing products for delivery.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
