About The Position

As a Production Technician specializing in EMI Filters, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will work closely with our production supervisor on various tasks, including assembly, testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting of EMI filters. What You'll Do Technical Proficiency: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to understand and work with electronic circuitry. Troubleshooting Expertise: Diagnose and rectify malfunctions in circuitry and system structures, contributing to seamless operations. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineers and fellow professionals on technical tasks, fostering a team-oriented work environment. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and meticulously document actions by completing quality forms, ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards. Preparation: Prepare work tasks by studying parts lists, gathering necessary parts, assemblies, tools, and materials. Soldering Skills: Position parts and assemblies on PCBs, utilizing templates, reading measurements, and demonstrating proficiency with a soldering iron. Testing and Verification: Verify specifications by testing completed components, ensuring they meet required standards. Problem Solving: Resolve assembly issues by making dimensional adjustments as needed and promptly notifying supervisors for additional support.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma/GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting and testing electronic components, preferably in RF Tuning
