Requirements

2 year electronic technical degree, or equivalent experience
4 - 6 years experience in manufacturing testing
Ability to follow oral and written guidelines as well as read & understand spec sheets & Test plans
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Detail oriented
Excellent Computer skills, specifically SAP and MS office
Knowledge of RF & DC measurements
Knowledge of ESD procedures

Responsibilities

Perform testing on RF / Microwave devices per Test Plans
Perform DC testing on Diode devices per Test Plans
Set up manual and automatic test configurations to perform Pass / Fail tests per test plans
Troubleshoot test setups and assist operators with daily issues
Organize and schedule work based on backlog to meet customer ship dates
Work with engineering and evaluation groups for Die selection
Work with Calibration group to maintain all equipment has current calibration status
