About The Position
The Production Test Technician will perform the selection of specialized test equipment, set-up, calibration, Helium leak testing, and mechanical assemblies. This role requires knowledge of Transducer, Mass Flow Controller, Regulators, and Pneumatic valves components. The technician will also be responsible for reading flow diagram drawings, troubleshooting and debugging issues, isolating defects, and assisting in solving defects. The position requires the ability to work independently with moderate supervision and lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Knowledge on Transducer, Mass Flow Controller, Regulators and Pneumatic valves components
- Good visual and manual dexterity
- Strong understanding of related mechanics
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to interact with other members of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 10 key skills
- 2-4+ years production or related work experience
- A.A. Degree or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and experience
- Vocational or technical training or equivalent
- Digital and/or analog systems testing experience
