Requirements
- Strong hands‑on electronics skills and attention to detail
- 1+ year in an electronics manufacturing environment
- College diploma / DEP in Electronics or equivalent experience
- Ability to multitask and lift up to 40 lbs
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Candidates must be eligible for certification under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorised to work in Canada.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a small or agile manufacturing environment
- Bilingual French and English
Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and accept PCBs; diagnose and repair using schematics
- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of radar systems
- Execute ATP/ATR, thermal chamber testing, and radar calibration
- Support day‑to‑day manufacturing coordination and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives (5S)
- Perform other production support duties as required
