Requirements

  • Strong hands‑on electronics skills and attention to detail
  • 1+ year in an electronics manufacturing environment
  • College diploma / DEP in Electronics or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Candidates must be eligible for certification under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorised to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a small or agile manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual French and English

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, test, and accept PCBs; diagnose and repair using schematics
  • Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of radar systems
  • Execute ATP/ATR, thermal chamber testing, and radar calibration
  • Support day‑to‑day manufacturing coordination and documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives (5S)
  • Perform other production support duties as required
