About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Technician to join our team at AW Lake Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, assembling, and testing flow meters. Your role includes building a variety of the meters we make and sub-assemblies that go into them.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using basic hand assembly tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, drills etc.
• Problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma or similar
• 3-5 years’ experience in assembly and testing of mechanical products
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Epicor – ERP program where you will clock into jobs.

Responsibilities

• Build mechanical flowmeters, following Production book instructions and utilizing job paperwork
• Calibration of meters on calibration stands.
• Help maintain equipment used on a daily basis.
• Using a computer to log in and out of jobs and to issue material.
• Completing tasks in a timely manner while keeping work area clean and organized and clearly communicating with other staff.
• All other related duties as required.
