About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring machines are functioning safely and efficiently in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards. The technician will be expected to understand bottle quality requirements, document them, and sustain efficiencies and scrap on production machines to meet company goals. Effective communication of machine, process, and quality-related issues is crucial, as is the ability to diagnose problems and troubleshoot tasks logically. The position requires compliance with supervisor and manager direction, performing color changes when needed, and completing minor preventive maintenance during their shift. Quality inspections must be performed and recorded in the statistical process control software. The role also involves mechanical and process-related troubleshooting on specific plant processes and performing any additional assigned duties as needed to support the plant.
