About The Position

This full-time role is part of our core production team and is responsible for assembling and testing high-quality electro-mechanical components using semi-automated assembly lines. You’ll work closely with other departments including quality, stockroom, and engineering to ensure timely and accurate builds. We are hiring across Technician Levels 1 through 5, with placement based on relevant experience, demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. Employees assigned to second shift receive an additional $1.50 per hour for hours worked during their scheduled second shift.

• 6+ months experience (Tech 2)
• Understands BOMs and work instructions (Tech 2)
• Basic ERP data entry (e.g. material movement) (Tech 2)
• Can work independently on simple assemblies (Tech 2)
• Understands stockroom flow and traceability (Tech 2)
• 1–2+ years of electro-mechanical or manufacturing experience (Tech 3)
• Comfortable working independently on complex assemblies (Tech 3)
• Cross-trained in multiple production areas (Tech 3)
• Familiarity with ERP systems, work instructions, and BOMs (Tech 3)
• Able to train others and assist with troubleshooting (Tech 3)
• 3-5 years of experience (Tech 4)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory control, and job travellers (Tech 4)
• Deep knowledge of full production flow (Tech 5)
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Laconia, NH Location
• All employees must submit to a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components based on work instructions
• Operate tools and semi-automated equipment safely and effectively
• Perform basic quality checks and follow internal procedures
