What You’ll Do: As a Production Assembly team member, you’ll thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept to reality. You’ll collaborate with a passionate, supportive team and help us fulfill our mission: “Making our Customer’s Critical Mission Possible.” What you will be responsible for: You will use a variety of tools—including pneumatic, electric, and hand tools—to build motor assemblies by following detailed work instructions and standard procedures. No prior experience is required—full training is provided to set you up for success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience preferred
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Fine motor skills and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform basic math and interpret measurement tools
  • Able to work with a variety of different hand tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and wear required PPE.
  • Capable of standing for the duration of a full shift and lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as required
  • Because employees in this position must handle information covered by the International Trade and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR), successful applicants will be: (1) required to verify their identity and their status as a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or person granted refugee or asylee status (or equivalent) in the U.S.; OR (2) undergo additional steps, including but not limited to licensure from the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) in the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs at the U.S. Department of State and/or the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) at the U.S. Department of Commerce.

  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test servo motors and gear head products
  • Follow detailed manufacturing and test procedures
  • Work within an assigned assembly cell to maintain production flow
  • Maintain product traceability throughout the assembly process
  • Operate hand tools, measuring instruments, machine tools, and fixtures
  • Read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Safely operate hoists throughout the workday (training provided)
