What You’ll Do: As a Production Assembly team member, you’ll thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept to reality. You’ll collaborate with a passionate, supportive team and help us fulfill our mission: “Making our Customer’s Critical Mission Possible.” What you will be responsible for: You will use a variety of tools—including pneumatic, electric, and hand tools—to build motor assemblies by following detailed work instructions and standard procedures. No prior experience is required—full training is provided to set you up for success.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience preferred
Problem solving skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Fine motor skills and manual dexterity
Ability to perform basic math and interpret measurement tools
Able to work with a variety of different hand tools
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and wear required PPE.
Capable of standing for the duration of a full shift and lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
Willingness and ability to work overtime as required
