We are hiring Production Assemblers for our Inserting, Connecting, and Varnish departments. These are hands-on manufacturing roles focused on precision assembly, wiring, forming, and finishing of electric motor components. You will work in a structured, team-based production environment where quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter every single day. Available positions include: Production Assembler – Inserting Insert copper wire into motor stacks Strip insulation and prepare electrical components Follow detailed manufacturing work instructions Use hand tools, calipers, cutters, and magnification equipment Perform quality inspection during electrical assembly Production Assembler – Connecting Perform wire-to-wire and wire-to-lead electrical connections Solder and insulate components Shape and lace motor coils Follow electrical assembly standards and quality procedures Inspect parts to meet aerospace manufacturing tolerances Production Assembler – Varnish Form stators using fixtures and presses Apply industrial varnish using trickle or submersion methods Perform viscosity testing and document production results Maintain production equipment including ovens and tanks Ensure components meet manufacturing and quality standards Manufacturing & Production Responsibilities (All Roles) Follow written work instructions and quality procedures Maintain clean and safe work areas Use basic computer systems for inventory and documentation Follow PPE and safety requirements Support team-based production environment Meet production standards while maintaining high quality

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Because employees in this position must handle information covered by the International Trade and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR), successful applicants will be: (1) required to verify their identity and their status as a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or person granted refugee or asylee status (or equivalent) in the U.S.; OR (2) undergo additional steps, including but not limited to licensure from the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) in the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs at the U.S. Department of State and/or the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) at the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ months in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Experience with soldering, wiring, or electrical components
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (J-STD-001, J-STD-001ES, IPC-A-610) is a plus
