About The Position

King City Gardens (KCG) is a rapidly growing cannabis company founded in 2023. We are a Level 1 cultivator serving both the medical and recreational cannabis markets, operating out of a 60,000 square foot facility, with 25,000 square feet currently under canopy and only plans to keep expanding. We also have 3 dispensaries under The Garden brand in Sycamore Township, Camp Washington, and Colerain, our upcoming flagship location. We recently partnered with Jeeter to manufacture the #1 pre-roll in the world! Production Technicians are the building blocks of our team, playing a hands-on role in manufacturing cannabis products from initial processing through final packaging. This role involves working on a high-volume manual production line, handling materials, assembling products, and preparing finished goods for distribution to dispensaries. They help keep daily operations running efficiently by meeting production goals, maintaining product quality, and following established safety, hygiene, and production standards.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods.
Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Experience in the cannabis, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated production industries.

Responsibilities

Handle and manipulate flower and oil throughout the production process.
Weigh, stuff, and roll products according to established procedures.
Label, sticker, and package finished goods.
Meet established cycle times and production targets.
Work efficiently on a high-volume manual production assembly line while meeting individual and team performance goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area throughout the production process.
