About The Position

Cannabis Production Technicians are directly involved in manufacturing our products from the initial stages to final sale-ready units that will be distributed to dispensaries throughout the state and ultimately into the hands of our customers who enjoy our top-of-the-line branded products. This position is classified as seasonal and temporary in nature. Seasonal employment is intended to support increased production demands and is expected to last for a limited duration. While the Company anticipates this assignment may continue for a predetermined number of days and/or through peak season, business needs may change. Nothing in this letter should be construed as a guarantee of employment for any specific duration. Your employment remains at-will as described below.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA.
• Ability to follow instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• Must have working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, and other manufacturing conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must be physically capable of sitting or standing for long periods or entire shifts.
• Must be capable of repetitive motion using hands and arms.
• Must have full use of arms, hands, and fingers for fine manipulation of cannabis, making boxes, and applying compliance stickers.
• All candidates must be willing to submit to a background check to be considered for the position.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Required to hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Required to work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve both individual and team performance goals.
