About The Position

The Production Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of aerospace components within a high-precision environment. This position is responsible for executing production processes that meet stringent quality and safety standards, contributing directly to the reliability and performance of aerospace products. The technician will engage in hands-on tasks such as sampling, painting, and equipment operation, while adhering to established quality systems and process safety protocols. By identifying and resolving production issues through root-cause analysis, the technician helps maintain continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of process safety standards and quality systems relevant to aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Demonstrated hand-eye coordination and proficiency in painting and sampling techniques.
• Process safety and quality systems are essential for maintaining compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards and ensuring product integrity.
• Hand-eye coordination and painting skills are applied daily to perform precise finishing tasks that affect the final product quality.
• Climbing ladders safely is necessary for accessing various production areas and equipment, supporting maintenance and inspection activities.
• Root-cause analytical skills enable the technician to identify production issues quickly and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime.
• The ability to work overtime demonstrates flexibility and commitment to meeting production deadlines, which is vital in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
