Hiring Day for Production Technicians: Nights & Weekend Shifts + Differential Pay
About The Position
Join us at the Commonwealth Fusion Systems Hiring Day on August 15th. We are hiring production technicians who can help our work in fusion energy innovation. Your knack for building cutting-edge hardware and tackling challenging projects can bring a new energy technology to the world and a rewarding paycheck to you. We are moving fast to bring fusion energy to the world and to bring new talent to our company. We’ll be making job offers soon after the fair. We’re hiring production technicians at a variety of levels who can work on weekday nights, and weekend shifts — shifts that come with a 10% to 30% pay differential. The pay ranges from $30–$41 per hour before that differential, depending on your experience, and we offer benefits and equity in the company. At the job fair, you’ll also be able to meet our employees face to face and to see inside our magnet factory to see what the fusion energy future looks like.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Know electromechanical parts and assemblies
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail
