Requirements

• At least 1 year experience working in an industrial environment (manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, etc.), or, completion of an Eos approved Partnership Training Program.
• High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally (and occasionally in writing) with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to understand and quickly react to job-related oral and/or written directions, safety information, and communications (which are generally in English).

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of a battery or a full battery according to instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Participate on the different manufacturing process as designated on daily basis by the production supervisor.
• Ensure the accuracy of parts and components used in the assembly process.
• Report any assembly related problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
