About The Position

BASF ECMS is seeking Production Technicians to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications, loading and unloading equipment, operating a forklift, and maintaining lot integrity. You will also be involved in problem-solving and troubleshooting of equipment. This position requires the ability to lift 50lbs and work in hot or cold environments. Successful candidates will be hired as Temporary Employees through a staffing agency partner.

Requirements

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift. 1st shift is not available.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred (you will be required to obtain one with tuition assistance from BASF before moving to any other role at BASF)
