About The Position

We’re hiring Assembly Technicians for a large, established plastics manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on production assembly role where manufactured components move through multiple assembly, finishing, inspection, and packaging processes before becoming completed products. Depending on the station, you may use hand and pneumatic tools, operate in-line production equipment, perform quality checks, handle materials, or prepare finished products for the next stage of production. The work is physical and fast-paced, but there is significantly more variety than a traditional repetitive assembly position. Team members can learn multiple stations, work with different equipment and processes, and continue expanding their manufacturing skills over time.
