As a Production Technician, you'll help fabricate custom aluminum awnings, canopies, and architectural products that are installed on businesses across the country. No two days are exactly alike, and your work will have a direct impact on the quality of every project that leaves our shop. Requirements

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for fabrication.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Staple, skin, grind, clean, pack, ship, load, and unload materials.
• Assist with paint preparation and other finishing work.
• Review finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and bills of materials to complete projects accurately.
• Help maintain inventory and keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
