Responsibilities include running process equipment, adding ingredients, conducting blending/packaging, and completing cleaning tasks following SOPs and cGMPs. The technician will track Key Performance Measures and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements. They will capture MPR entries, cleaning records, logbooks, and withdrawal sheets to maintain a complete batch record. In-process testing, collecting equipment readings, and assessing particles via microscope will be performed to verify product quality. Delays, equipment issues, and deviations will be escalated promptly to peers and the Shift Team Lead. Participation in DICI (dsm-firmenich Integrated Continuous Improvement) and modeling the Arcadia Code of Conduct is expected. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of hands-on experience in a production environment
  • Safe operation of mechanized equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

  • Additional process technology education is a plus.

  • Accept additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
